We are serious about beer, but we like to have fun sometimes too, so here’s all that entertaining legal stuff you need to know.
General conditions of sale
Prices
The prices on this site are indicated in Swiss francs, net amounts, including VAT and guaranteed.
The items benefiting from a guarantee are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The warranty takes effect on the date of delivery of the item, as evidenced by the accompanying document (invoice), which we ask you to save. Damage due to improper maintenance, failure to follow the instructions for use, or normal wear and tear are not covered.
Availability
Our obligation to deliver becomes void in case of failure or non-observance of the supply deadlines by our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to Dive Bär. In the case of product unavailability, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Payment methods
The customer can pay credit card, bank card or bank transfer. In specific cases or in general, Dive Bär reserves the right not to offer certain payment methods (e.g. payment on account in case of high invoiced amounts or insolvency) or to offer other payment methods.
Delivery and transport
Available items will be shipped by mail or other delivery service within approximately 24-48 hours. Your contribution to the shipping cost is required only once for a given order.
Please note: Dive Bär does not deliver to post office boxes and does not deliver any goods to minors or persons under guardianship.
Return or exchange of goods
Before starting the return or exchange process, please contact us at info@divebar.ch. If applicable, and unless otherwise specified, the items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with all tags), along with the delivery slip, within seven (7) days of receiving your package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are covered by Dive Bär.
Legal warranty
Check the condition of the delivered goods without delay to exclude obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defects or anomalies in the goods delivered so that we can remedy them.
Data protection
All personal data will be treated as confidential. The information necessary for the management of the order will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies solely for the purpose of managing the order. Our promise: your data will never be shared with or sold to another company!
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute will be handled by the District Court of La Côte.

By accessing and using our site, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. In short, our privacy policy is simple: while we need to collect certain personal data from you in order to process your requests (purchase, information, etc.), we will only use it to maintain a relationship with you.
